Jenn graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2012. Following graduation she was hired to work along side the diverse and talented team of practitioners at Squamish Integrated Health until 2020. While at S.I.H Jenn developed a deep tissue approach rooted in evidence based practice, which has awarded her Squamish Chiefs RMT of the year for 4 years in a row (2020-2023)
During your treatment with Jenn, you can except deeper work, incorporating specific and sustained compression, joint mobilization involving traction and compression of joints and a practical and science-based approach to treatment. Jenn does not pointedly provide energy work or crainosacral therapies in her treatment, but does consider all manual therapy approaches provide psychological benefits, such as the reduction of stress and anxiety.
In the Spring of 2021, Jenn opened Anchor Health and Wellness. A beautiful clinic located within the heart of downtown Squamish.
