Taylor is a registered massage therapist who is constantly inspired by the body’s ability to heal. After completing 500 hours of certified yoga teacher training she was inspired to further her studies through massage therapy.
Throughout her practice Taylor has witnessed the depth of the body’s wisdom and its capacity for change. By using breath, stillness, and touch, Taylor partners with her clients to explore this wisdom and find what works best for them.
Taylor incorporates a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, dynamic release, and cranial sacral therapy.
Some of Taylor’s hobbies outside of the clinic include rock climbing, hiking, running, biking, cold dipping in some body of water, sipping coffee somewhere, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
